The Guest Cycle

From reservation to check-out, this module traces the complete operational arc of a hotel guest stay. Learners work within Cordera's European Hotels division, shadowed by Hassan El-Amin (Virtual Coach, 22 years hotel operations) and assessed by Dr. Naomi Chen (Academic Reviewer, EHL Lausanne).

Learning outcomes
  • Map each stage of the guest cycle and name the department responsible
  • Apply check-in and check-out procedures to a real-world scenario
  • Identify service recovery opportunities at each guest touchpoint
  • Use industry-standard terminology for front-of-house operations
